As a group, we are committed to a non-judgmental experience. We all look through a lens that honors what makes us human. We are relational beings, hard-wired to connect. What makes us different is where we want to be especially open, curious and never presume that we are experts. We welcome all, including sexual orientation, age, race, disability, ethnicity/national origin, gender identity and religious/spiritual affiliation. Some of our counselors have specific training and experience working with the LGBTQ+ population. If you would like to be paired with one of these counselors, please let our care coordinator know.

Anna's Testimonials

"Anna is a truly gifted therapist."

Our time with Anna during the 3-day Couples Intensive was monumentally helpful in allowing us to understand where we are getting hung up in communicating with one another and laid the groundwork for a deeper level of intimacy and trust. We made more progress in those 3 days than we would in months of weekly sessions, which was invaluable for jumpstarting our progress and getting us to a better place quickly. Anna is a truly gifted therapist, whose empathy, intuition, and sense of calm made it possible for us to be open and honest about some of the more difficult challenges we have faced in our marriage. We have since continued with follow up sessions and thanks to Anna, are moving forward with a renewed sense of hope and connection in our relationship.

“Anna has been nothing short of incredible to work with.”

“Anna has been nothing short of incredible to work with. She has led our sessions with a rare combination of competence and persistence, as well as patience and understanding. Her intuitive approach has allowed us to work through complexities at our own pace, yet she is highly skilled at reigning us in to keep things on track. We started seeing Anna with a 3-day intensive, and would highly recommend the same to anyone interested in building momentum toward reconnection and healing through the process of EFT. Anna is so special to us and we are so appreciative of her work with us!”

“…if I could, I would pay for Anna’s services many times over.”

“We found Anna through a recommendation from my trusted personal therapist. Couples therapy in general was not something I had enjoyed in the past, but I had never heard of emotion-focused therapy and was willing to try. I am SO glad I gave it another chance. The entire experience has far exceeded my expectations. The intensive was more connective than I ever could have imagined despite dipping into some of our toughest conversations. It felt as if we were able to skip ahead in our therapy goals. Anna is incredibly skilled at getting to the core of our patterns while making us both feel heard. She easily established trust and safety in the room to be able to navigate conversations that were previously off limits to us. We attribute our current level of trust and communication directly to the time and attention she has poured into us. She has helped us resolve issues that I thought were here to stay. I could not put a price on having peace and understanding within my marriage, but if I could I would pay for her services many times over. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign to take the leap! Anna has been an integral part of our healing and someone we will be forever be grateful for.”

“The intensive weekend was exactly what we needed…”

"We had gotten in a pattern of 'standard operating procedure' in our marriage which was not terrible but also not particularly fulfilling or joyful. We had also struggled with weekly or biweekly marital counseling due to two very busy working schedules, and we realized we needed a "jumpstart" to get a new level in our marriage. The intensive weekend was exactly what we needed - no children, no everyday responsibilities - and it provided a pause in time to reconnect and move forward. I really cannot imagine another way we could have gotten to this newer, better level in our marriage if not for an intensive weekend. Anna was a fantastic facilitator - empathetic, intelligent and confident. We run at a fairly high emotional speed which has put off therapists in the past, but Anna met the challenge and guided us through reconnecting. She was warm and kind, which allowed us to bring down barriers more easily. EFT was really fantastic - for the first time in counseling, we treated the cause versus the symptoms, and it made all the difference in the world."

Frank's Testimonials

“Frank is amazing at what he does, and the EFT therapy approach is the only type of therapy I would recommend.”

“Me and my husband recently went through the 3-day Intensive with Frank Bunner. We wanted to do the intensive so we could make our relationship stronger, reconnect as a couple and get help breaking the repeat cycle we go through when we argue. What we got was that and so much more! Frank is amazing at what he does, and the EFT therapy approach is the only type of therapy I would recommend. The information we learned about each other on day one alone was enough to make me a firm believer of EFT and made me happy that we decided to do the 3-day Intensive. We debated doing weekly or monthly sessions, but with our work load and our kids, we knew we needed something like the intensive where we could truly spend time focusing on our relationship without letting our day-to-day busy lives get in the way. Those 3 days of just focusing on us was the best decision we could have made and I 100% recommend Frank, Red Therapy Group, and the Intensive to every couple.”

Cindy's Testimonials

“Our intensive with Cindy exceeded our expectations in every way.”

“Our intensive with Cindy exceeded our expectations in every way. We believed it would be a positive experience overall but found ourselves marveling at Cindy's keen insights. Somehow, she could hear the words we'd said many times and discussed endlessly, yet she was able to reach into the deeper part of what was really at play. It was incredible. We are grateful for Cindy and the opportunity to work with her.”

Kelly's Testimonials

“I can’t say enough good things about the experience!”

”I would highly recommend the EFT Intensive with Kelly. As an EFT therapist myself, I worried that Kelly would not be able to get me out of my head and into my heart as a client. To the contrary, through both her expertise and her presence, she allowed me to fully be the client, and her the therapist, and kept me out of thinking mode and in the place of feeling. I can’t say enough good things about the experience!”

“I have never encountered a clinician who was more warm and wise than Kelly.”

“My wife and I have visited multiple marriage counselors over the years as we stumbled towards building a stronger relationship, often feeling stuck and discouraged. Through our intensive with Kelly alongside regular counseling, we have had more meaningful conversations that have cut to the heart of our issues more than ever before. The intensive itself felt like it instantly launched us into a better and more stable place after a long season of disconnection and discouragement. I am a trained EFT counselor who supervises other couples’ counselors, and I have never encountered a clinician who was more warm and wise than Kelly. She and her team at Red Therapy Group have an approach that integrates warmth and caring with a deeply insightful understanding of what blocks us from the connection we crave. My wife was worried that with me as a counselor, she might feel attacked, but she now refers to Kelly as her counselor. We both see her as our counselor because we feel she cares about us individually and about our relationship. My wife and I feel more hopeful and more connected, we talk more, and we fight less. After years of wandering through the wilderness, we feel like we are finally finding each other again. Whether you have never even picked up a book or listened to a podcast to help make your relationship better, or you are a seasoned marriage counselor struggling to connect in your own relationship, I highly recommend seeking out Kelly and Red Therapy Group to walk alongside you in building a better relationship. I am so thankful that we did.”

“If you are at the point of considering whether a marriage “intensive” is for you, you should do it.”

“If you are at the point of considering whether a marriage "intensive" is for you, you should do it. I was not sure what to expect going into this, but it was truly a turning point in our relationship. It opened both of our eyes to things we could never before see or realize that were affecting the relationship. I couldn't be more glad that we did this, and would recommend both the "intensive" and Kelly Bourque to anyone.”
