Are We a Good Fit for an EFT Couples Intensive?
Who benefits most from this format?

Here's a question: Am I a good fit for a couples intensive? Or is my relationship a good fit for a couples intensive—an EFT couples intensive?

Here's what I've learned over the years. It really comes down to: Do you and your partner want to work on the relationship?

You can be intimidated by it. You can feel nervous by it. You can kind of be out of hope like, "I just can't imagine what change could look like. I've tried everything. I just can't imagine." You can feel disillusioned, you can feel burnt out, you can feel tired, fed up—you can feel all of these things. But if you still want to work on the relationship, you don't want to lose each other—in other words, you don't want to divorce each other, but maybe you want to divorce that pattern that you're stuck in, and you want to build something new together, and you want to do what it takes to work on that, to invest not just your money but your time, your energy to open up, to be willing to try to access something that's more tender. Again, it's okay to feel however you feel about it, but if you're willing and you want to work on the relationship, I think you'll be successful.

Now, if you want to know more about this and maybe there's more nuance to it, like, "Are we actually a good fit?" My suggestion is reach out to us, schedule a 30-minute consult. We can kind of talk about the nuance. I think it's easier to do that in a conversation than for you to figure it out by watching videos. Obviously, you can ask me questions, I can ask you questions, and together we can decide, "Okay, yes, your relationship is a good fit." Or maybe not. Maybe the timing isn't right or maybe weekly therapy is more appropriate. That's usually best decided just in a conversation.

So, if you want to talk to me or one of my therapists on the team that does EFT couples intensives here in the Nashville area, reach out to us at eftmarriageintensive.com. If you go there, you'll see everything that you need to know about scheduling that 30-minute consult.
